Hosted with Summerland baker Beth Watt from Giants Head Kitchen, this intimate demonstration explores lavender shortbread and lavender icing, highlighting the versatility of culinary lavender.
Enjoy a live demo, samples of lavender treats, and sips of Haywire Pink Bub, Narrative Rosé, and Narrative White. Guests will take home recipes and a sachet of organic lavender from our Garnet Valley Ranch.
