Oma is a 14-seat “ombrekase” dining experience from chef Adam Burress, known for Louisville favorites Hammerheads, Migo, Game, and Ostra. The menu draws from Latin coastal and equatorial flavors, reimagined through a live fire tasting format. Each course is prepared and plated in front of guests at the chef’s table, creating an intimate, immersive meal that changes nightly. Reservations may be paired with curated wine or sake selections to complement the bold, Latin-inspired dishes.
