Take a quick trip to southern Japan, one night only! We'll be joined by a very special guest from Amabuki, our beloved brewery based in Saga prefecture on the island of Kyushu, and champion of flower yeast.
Drop in between 6-8:30 pm on Thursday, April 16, when we'll be pouring a flight of three Amabuki sakes - strawberry, sunflower, banana - with our guest from the brewery available to guide us through them all. Our chef team has put together suggested pairings inspired by Saga cuisine, available individually or as a set of three.
Each ticket gets you a seat, three super cute Amabuki-inspired stickers, and a welcome pour of a mystery Amabuki sake. Flights, individual glasses of sake, and suggested pairings available for purchase à la carte (plus our full dinner menu).
