Sunday, June 7, a very special sake school. Philip Harper, brewmaster at Kyoto's Kinoshita Shuzo (maker of Tamagawa), will be joining us for a masterclass in aged sake. Philip will be guiding us through five Tamagawa sakes of various ages and sharing his unique philosophy and outlook on sake.

OTOTO will open for normal dinner service at 5pm, and seminar attendees are welcome to stay for dinner and to chat with Philip.
