Here in Kellyville, Nate Beaulac and Jason Ketchum tend their land with intention, moving cattle across pasture, raising animals as part of a living system, and shaping a farm that feels like a conversation with the land.
In the field kitchen, guest chef Jonathon Stranger of One Table Hospitality brings his quietly expressive style to the field kitchen. Known for cooking that lets the ingredients speak clearly and without pretense, he’ll draw directly from the farm and its surroundings to create a menu that feels both grounded and transportive.
