Oyamel Head Chef Omar Rodriguez invites you to an intimate dinner celebrating the people and food of Guerrero, Mexico, presented by the talented team of Oyamel chefs that call Guerrero home. For this special one-night-only event, the Oyamel team will tell their stories through a five-course dinner, with beverage pairing, with each dish introducing you to the faces and names behind your favorite Oyamel memories.

The Guerrero Chef's Experience Dinner is a GENERAL ADMISSION dinner – tables will be communal and you will likely be seated with other guests from outside of your party.
Guerrero Chef's Experience Dinner Menu
Course 1: Huarache – Toasted masa flat bread filled with refried fava beans topped with grilled cactus, salsa verde and a spicy chile arbol mayo
Course 2: Camarones a la diabla – Head on prawns in a spicy tomato, guajillo and arbol chile salsa over white rice
Course 3: Mole Verde – Pork shoulder, baby turnips and wild mushrooms braised in a tomatillo, jalapeno and Mexican cinnamon green mole
Course 4: Mole Rojo – Pan seared Moulard duck breast over a red mole made with ancho, guajillo and arbol chile, Mexican chocolate, almonds and tomatillos
Course 5: Cremita Acapulquena – A creamy cinnamon and vanilla flavored dessert from Acapulco with raisins, piloncillo and a pecan praline ice cream
