Pacific Coast Spirits is a craft distillery, restaurant, and tasting room rooted in California’s coastal spirit and grain-to-glass philosophy. While we are not currently open for day-to-day dining service, our space is available for private events, tastings, and special gatherings. Guests can still enjoy our award-winning spirits and curated food experiences through custom bookings. We’re taking this time to refresh and reimagine the next chapter of our hospitality experience.
