Join us for a special 4-course prix-fixe exploring some of my favorite dishes inspired by my last year of travel in Italy.

ROME: Pici con acciuga (from Bistro 64)
SICILY: Insalata di mare (from Duomo Ciccio Sultano)
BAROLO: Hazelnut-crusted Rack of Lamb (from Trattoria della Posta)
TUSCANY: Vin Santo e cantucci (from Tavern Pane e Vino)
Dinner Cost: $100/pp (dinner only - prepaid - 22% gratuity and tax added)
Wine Pairing Cost TBA
(wines will be selected from some of my favorites in the cellar, including wines from Brunello di Montalcino, Barolo, Mt. Etna, and Tuscany)
