Chef David Kocab will be popping up for the sixth annual clambake at Flight Cleveland. We're headed east of the Mediterranean for a Turkish influenced-menu.
Each ticket includes the following:
One Dozen Clams
Turkish Spiced Chicken
Tomato and Sausage Skewers
Roasted Eggplant
Sumac Onion Salad
Hummus
Bazlama Bread
Additional Enhancements Available:
Zataar Lamb Shoulder finied with pomegranate molasses $15
Hamsi Tava - cornmeal fried anchovies with dressed greens and lemon $10
Extra Clams - served by the dozen $15
PRE-ORDERING YOUR CLAMBAKE IS REQUIRED and we're offering two timeframes for the experience: 2pm-4:30pm or 5:30pm-8pm. In order to keep things running smoothly for everyone, we ask that you please arrive during your selected timeframe!
Due to the nature of the menu and pop-up, we are unfortunately unable to make any substitutions or accommodate dietary restrictions.

You must pre-order your clambake on Tock to participate in the event.
Substitutions are not available, please reach out if you have any allergy questions.
We are NOT taking reservations for seating. Seating is first come, first serve, as usual.
Please arrive during your selected ticket window for smooth and efficient service.
Once you are seated at Flight, our team will let the Chef know you are here and we will prepare your food!
Flight Cleveland is open for regular service during the event with all wine bar and snack menus available.
