PAWPAW is a pop-up restaurant and a gathering place. On select Saturday evenings, husband-and-wife Taylor and Katelyn take time out of their day-to-day—as farmers of fresh escargot and snail caviar—to celebrate the bounty and the people that make the North Fork of Long Island a magical place. The result is a ever-rotating multi-course culmination of the seasons harvest. We look forward to hosting you soon.
