with a four course dinner, each paired with our wines.
Chris Pearmund will be leading the meal, discussing the wines, how we made them, why we paired them, and what makes them so special. Of course, Chris will be answering any and all wine questions you may have. It is a night of loving the one you're with--and wines from current and past vintages.
Dinner is provided by Distinguished Engagements.
The planned menu (with wines to be determined) includes:
Upon Arrival
Gourmet vegetable and fruit relishes, including fennel stems, breaded celery root, fermented bell peppers,
spiced apple sauce and smoked pecans.
Salad
Arugula Salad with roasted beets, candied orange
whipped feta and garlic balsamic
Dinner
(guest choice. YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR DINNER CHOICE AT CHECK OUT)
Duck Confit with polenta, red onion and beet relish with Kohlrabi slaw and crispy proscuitto
OR
Bone in Pork Chop with fennel, gruyere, Pernod cream, roasted fingerling potatoes and brussel sprouts.
Dessert
Lovers decadent chocolate tart for two.
With candied walnuts, and sweet veggie chips
$110 per person cost includes dinner, wine, service fees and an extended 20% discount (25% for club members) on all wines to take home.
