Treat Dad to a wine (or Beer) lunch on Fathers Day Weekend at the Pearmund Farmstore
We are partnering with Distinguished Engagements for a special meal celebrating Dads, crafted to be paired with our wine and beer menus. After a welcome wine cocktail, settle in for lunch, with education on the wines from our wine team and a visit with the Chefs Kim and Jeff from Distinguished.
The menu:
Starter of Fig, brie and prosciutto
Paired with Old Vine Chardonnay
Salad of Grilled Romaine and Peach salad
Paired with Pearmund Viognier
Entrée of Tenderloin Beef tips with Garlic Leek potatoes and Asparagus
Paired with Pearmund Cellars Petit Verdot
Dessert:
Molton Chocolate Cake with Raspberry compote
Paired with Pearmund Cellars Late Harvest Tannat
$70 per person. Includes food, drink, education and a reserved table after the event to enjoy the winery and Farmstore.
When reserving, you will be asked how many in your party will want a wine pairing or a beer pairing.
