Summertime BBQ Lunch!!
Roger Sherman and The District Pit are back for another of our BBQ wine lunches, with his smoked specialties paired with wines from our Family of Wineries.
Pair our wines with BBQ specialties from our friends at District Pit BBQ
Start with a special wine cocktails, then settle in with a BBQ brunch combination plate with Beef Brisket, smoked chicken thighs, Pulled Pork, a mess of classic and dessert. Each meat smoked with specific woods--accentuating flavor. The way we are particular about wood barrels, Roger and his team are particular about which wood to use to smoke each item. That is what made him know as the best at what he does in the DMV.
With lunch, we have a trio of wines from Pearmund Cellars, Vint Hill and Effingham, paired specifically for the menu.
Lunch is $50 per person, and includes the meal, wines, and education.
