Resident sommelier Keith Bevins will led you through what it means to taste like a pro. Using unmarked wine, you’ll see the steps sommeliers go through during their training. What to look, smell, taste, feel and even hear for. How to pull out certain flavors and aromas, plus drink excellent wine whil your at it.
After the 30 – 45 minute ‘seminar’ you’ll be given 6 local wines to see if you can match the listed wines with what you are tasting. No red pens or scoreboards, just a fun test to see what you know and what you like. Fun, interesting and educational. This one will be a treat.
