Paella, a flavorful blend of rice, vegetables, seafood, meat and spices, originated as farm laborer’s food in Spain – cooked by the workers in the open air with ingredients that were ready to hand.
PEJU is bringing that tradition to life as we watch our chefs prepare two authentic paellas in giant pans over an open flame. We'll savor our feast with our food-friendly wines, and cap off the evening with live flamenco music and dance by Sol Flamenco and our signature dessert buffet.
