After falling hard and fast for an extra aged gouda in 2004, Sara Adduci started working in a cheese shop to support her addiction and has never looked back. She loves to share her passion for all things curd (and wine!).
Soooo... drumroll please... Saturday February 21st, cheese lovers, wine lovers, and the cheese-curious—this one’s for you. Penny's Wine shop is teaming up with our favorite cheesemonger, Sara Adduci, for a relaxed, delicious afternoon of 3 cheeses, 3 wines, and plenty of “oh wow” moments. Sara will guide us through what we’re tasting—why it works, why it sometimes surprises us, and how to trust your own palate—while we sip wines we love and snack on a few thoughtful bites. No rules, no pressure, just good wine, great cheese, and a lot of fun discovering new favorite pairings together.
