Trained in Burgundy, Thomas has spent the past decade making wine in Oregon. Académie marks a new chapter in that journey, bringing his experience and curiosity to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that express this valley’s own identity.
At Perlée, we share that conviction: Oregon deserves its place among the world’s great wine regions. Welcoming Thomas to our table is an opportunity to explore that promise through his wines, his stories, and a menu created by Chef Brian Barker.
