Perlée began with a love of bubbles. Years before founding the house, Grant and Tiffany Austin found themselves drawn to the nuance of grower Champagne and sparkling wines—the individual voices of their makers and the vineyards behind each bottle.
As longtime members of Caveau, they have deepened that passion through discovery, conversation, and the pursuit of an unforgettable glass. That curiosity helped inspire Perlée: a desire to explore what Oregon’s terroir can express through traditional-method sparkling wine.
Welcoming Mark and June of Caveau to our table brings that story full circle. Together, we will celebrate the wines that have inspired us and the possibilities that continue to drive us, with a menu by Chef Brian Barker.
