Raised in southern France and trained in Burgundy, Alban has made Oregon his home. Abbott Claim’s success is a testament to his dedication to making the finest wines possible—wines that express their vineyard origins and affirm Oregon’s place among the world’s great wine regions.
At Perlée, we deeply admire Alban’s commitment to Oregon and his dedication to showcasing its exceptional wines on a global stage. We are delighted to welcome him to our table for an evening celebrating the region we both call home.
Chef Brian Barker will create a seasonal, multi-course menu paired with Abbott Claim’s Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Throughout the evening, Alban will share the stories, vineyard sites, and philosophy behind the wines.
