About Chef Tristan Bunkowski
Executive Chef Tristan Bunkowski brings international experience from Michelin-starred kitchens, a WSET Level 3 certification, and a passion for seasonal, locally inspired cuisine. At Terroir Kitchen, his farm-to-table philosophy and commitment to exceptional local ingredients have earned a loyal following and established the restaurant as one of the Okanagan's premier culinary destinations.
