Welcome to Plates. Some key information before you book: - The menu journey is designed to be fast flowing, immersive and perfectly timed to deliver a memorable dining experience. Please adhere to your exact booking time as we are an intimate space and do not have a waiting / bar area to wait for your reservation. We require all guests dining together to select the same menu option. - Please email us with any allergens or dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for nut, soy, and allium allergies. -We kindly ask guests to note that since January 2026, we have been unable to accommodate babies or children under 12. -Unfortunately, our venue is not wheelchair accessible. - Booking & Cancellation Policy: We take a per person deposit at the point of booking to secure the reservation. The deposit is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the reservation. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the reservation will render the deposit non-refundable. Additionally, reductions in party size within 48 hours, ie. booking for a table of 4 and attending as a table of 3, will render the full deposit paid at point of booking non-refundable. - Our updated dining experience: April - June : Signature Menu with 8 courses at £109pp with a booking deposit of £50pp. April - June : Discovery Menu with 11 courses at £130pp with a booking deposit of £60pp. (Only available in the restaurant at certain times). July - August : Signature Menu with 8 courses at £109pp with a booking deposit of £65pp. July - August : Discovery Menu with 11 courses at £130pp with a booking deposit of £75pp. (Only available in the restaurant at certain times) Gift Vouchers – To book, we require a £50pp deposit. You can redeem your voucher against your final bill, and the deposit will be refunded to your card when you dine or cancel within our policy.
