Welcome to Plates. Our reservation book is now open until 27th February 2027. Some key information before you book: - Our menu formats are designed to be fast flowing, immersive and perfectly timed to deliver our unique approach to a tasting menu experience. - Please adhere to your exact booking time as we are an intimate space and do not have a waiting / bar area to wait for your reservation. - Please email us with any allergens or dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for nut, soy, and allium allergies. - We ask guests to note that we are unable to accommodate babies or children under 10. - Unfortunately, our venue is not wheelchair accessible. - Kindly note, our dinner service is divided into two sittings: an early sitting between 17:30pm - 18:00pm and a later sitting between 20:30pm - 21:00pm. - Booking & Cancellation Policy: We take a per person deposit at the point of booking to secure the reservation. The deposit is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the reservation. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the reservation will render the deposit non-refundable. Additionally, reductions in party size within 48 hours, ie. booking for a table of 4 and attending as a table of 3, will render the full deposit paid at point of booking non-refundable. - Gift Voucher Information: If you have a gift voucher, it is redeemed at the restaurant. Unfortunately, it is not redeemable against your deposit on this booking page. However, please add the details of the voucher in your pre-visit questions which are sent after your booking is confirmed. The amount will then be deducted against your final bill, and the deposit you have paid will additionally be refunded to your card when you dine or cancel within our policy.
