It’s our anniversary! Join us in collaboration with The Roaming Spoon for Porróns and Pintxos!
For one night, we’re transforming Pomme into a Basque-style pintxos bar. Enjoy all-you-can-eat pintxos and specially priced porróns of cider and wine, meant to be passed around and shared. And yes, we’re stocking up on Spanish sidra just for the occasion. Don’t worry, our full drink menu will still be available, so you can make the night your own.
Expect a lively atmosphere filled with bottomless pintxos throughout the night, flowing porróns passed between friends, and a vibrant cocktail-style vibe.
Seating is limited, with plenty of standing room to encourage a social atmosphere.
GF and veggie options will be available.
Your ticket includes unlimited pintxos and a dope pour to start the night. Corkage is waived during the pop-up, so it's a great time to share a bottle with friends! We'll also have some seriously fun bottles open for the night. Ticket sales go directly to Chef Syl of The Roaming Spoon.
Pintxos, the Basque region’s tapas, are bites served on a slice of bread, topped with an array of toppings, and held together with a toothpick (which is where the name pintxo comes from—pinchar means "to pierce" in Spanish). When you walk into a pintxos bar, you'll find a long bar covered with small, artfully arranged pintxos for self-serving. Pintxos bars are about socializing. People stand, chat, and enjoy the relaxed, informal atmosphere.
A porrón, the iconic glass Catalan wine pitcher, has a narrow spout designed to pour wine directly into your mouth, without touching your lips, and is meant to be passed around and shared with friends as a symbol of camaraderie.
