On August 21, Ponzi Vineyards hosts an intimate evening of Japanese wagyu and wine — prepared by Ponzi Head Chef Eric Ekberg, most recently Executive Chef at Laurelhurst Market, and sourced through a third-generation Japanese wagyu butcher.
