Four Oregon icons, one table: Rogue Creamery, pioneering artisan cheese since 1933. Ponzi Vineyards, shaping Oregon wine since 1970. Olympia Provisions, Oregon's first USDA-certified salumeria. pFriem Family Brewers, Hood River's benchmark for old-world balance in beer. Each built on the same conviction—that craft takes patience, and patience is worth defending.
Together, they celebrate the heritage of old-world craftsmanship, expressed through the unique terroir of the Pacific Northwest. It's a pairing of place, purpose, and sustainability, brought to life through thoughtful wine and culinary experiences. No shortcuts. No filler courses. Every plate and pour earns its place.
Chef Eric Ekberg leads the kitchen for the night, building a multi-course menu around Rogue River Blue—the cheese that put Oregon on the world map, wrapped in Syrah leaves and rested in brandy, aged until it becomes something closer to alchemy than dairy. Rogue Creamery commemorates the release of each Rogue River Blue cheese vintage on the Autumnal Equinox every year. This year, we're celebrating together - and we invite you to join us.
Four producers. Four philosophies. One conviction: the hard way is the only way.
