Pops has been teaming up with ISC for years to bring bubble fans Ensemble, our collaborative Sparkling wine.
We are ready to release the next Vintage, and wanted to give everyone a little behind the scenes peak at the process.
We will be tasting the current 2015 Vintage as well as:

via 750mL (no dosage)
Vintage 2016

and our finished 2016 Vintage
