Get ready to raise your steins and satisfy your taste buds with our farm-to-table twist on Oktoberfest classics. We're bringing Munich to Caprae for four days of feasting, featuring locally sourced ingredients and traditional German recipes.
Our Mouthwatering Oktoberfest Menu:
1. Rouladen
Tender skirt steak embracing smoky bacon and tangy pickles, all bathed in a rich red wine sauce.
2. Golabki
A comforting blend of sauerkraut and pork, kissed with tomato, ginger, and clove, topped with a dollop of crĆØme fraĆ®che.
3. SpƤtzel
Hearty rye spƤtzel paired with sauerbraten, mustard, crisp apples, and sweet raisins for a perfect balance of flavors.
4. Weisn Hendl
Succulent braised chicken drizzled with JƤgersoĆe (hunter's sauce), served alongside peppery arugula with a bright lemon-thyme finish.
5. SchwarzwƤlder Kirschtorte
End your feast on a sweet note with our take on Black Forest cake: layers of chocolate, cherries, and cream, with a hint of vanilla.
Your evening will begin at 6pm with a welcome cocktail hour when you can enjoy the farm and visit with our goats. Seating for dinner will begin at 7:00pm. Your dining experience will end at approximately 9pm.
āWhile we understand that dietary preferences and restrictions can vary, please note that our Farm-to-Table dinners feature pre-fixed menus that our chef carefully curates to provide a unique and cohesive dining experience. As such, we are unable to offer substitutions for these events. We ask that you notify us with your booking if you have any of the following allergies: nut, shellfish, gluten.
Dinner tickets include paired beers, non-alcoholic beverages, taxes, and gratuity.
Additional wine, beer, and craft cocktails are available for purchase at our bar during this event.
