Cooking with Cheese - with Cheesemaker Leslie Cooperband
We are delighted to welcome back Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery’s founder and original Head Cheesemaker, Leslie Cooperband, for a very special evening of “Cooking with Cheese!”
The evening begins at 5 p.m. with a welcome cocktail and guided farm tour. Guests will learn about our regenerative farming practices, meet the goats behind our cheese, and discover how thoughtful care for our animals and land contributes to the exceptional quality and character of everything we produce.
Following the tour, we’ll gather for an intimate, multi-course dinner showcasing our award-winning, artisan goat cheeses. Leslie will lead a lively discussion and cooking demonstration with each course, sharing her knowledge of cheesemaking, flavor, and the many creative ways cheese can be used in the kitchen.
We’ll also explore the art of pairing wine and cheese, with thoughtfully selected wine pours included throughout the evening.
Because of the hands-on and demonstrative nature of this dinner, seating is very limited. We encourage you to reserve your tickets early for this memorable evening of delicious food, wonderful wine, and farmstead cheese!
$85pp plus tax and service ($102 total). Ticket price includes a welcome cocktail, dinner, and paired wine pours. Additional beverages available for purchase during event.
