Beer & Cheese Dinner

Join the Caprae team and beer expert David Phillips for a four-course dinner built around Prairie Fruits Farm cheese and cheese from our partnering farms, each course paired with a craft beer selected by David.
David Phillips is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and a Cheese State University Cheese Scholar. He conducts beer and cheese pairing events throughout the Chicago area and serves on the board of the Chicago Beer Society.
