Smoked “cinnamon roll” pork belly roulade with grilled sunburst squash, Morel polenta and plum BBQ

Airline Chicken Schnitzel with grilled sunburst squash, Morel polenta, red vine sorrel and Minneapple jaeger sauce

Sunset Peach Entrement
Almond cake paired with a peach compote, white chocolate vanilla mousse and drizzled with an orange glaze
