Prairie Kitchen & Bar is thrilled to be a part of the second Dinner Du Nord Event - This event will be taking place outside on Nicollet Mall near the hotel entrance.

Pickled yellow beet and watermelon salad with arugula, cara cara orange supreme, goat cheese and tajin vinaigrette
Choice of Entree:
Smoked “cinnamon roll” pork belly roulade with grilled sunburst squash, Morel polenta and plum BBQ

Airline Chicken Schnitzel with grilled sunburst squash, Morel polenta, red vine sorrel and Minneapple jaeger sauce

Sunset Peach Entrement
Almond cake paired with a peach compote, white chocolate vanilla mousse and drizzled with an orange glaze
