Holiday Wine Dinner at Preservation

Celebrate the season with an intimate four-course wine dinner curated by Owner & Sommelier Lawrence and Chef Blaine. Lawrence will be pairing each dish with hand-selected wines chosen from decades of expertise, complementing a menu crafted to showcase bright, bold, and festive flavors.
Four-Course Menu
Citrus Carpaccio
A vibrant composition of grapefruit, blood orange, and Valencia orange with jalapeño, queso fresco, and micro basil.
Stuffed Zucchini
Delicately filled with ricotta and prosciutto, finished with Marcona almonds and a smoked tomato coulis.
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
Stuffed with Italian sausage, apricot, and walnuts. Served with brandy apple cream, mushroom wild rice, and roasted cauliflower steak.
Cranberry Brie Pastry Puff
A warm, flaky finish featuring creamy Brie and bright cranberry.
Tickets are $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
