„Brunch Me Up!“ is the perfect opportunity for a relaxed Sunday with your friends and family and to experience the culinary magic by our kitchen.
Menu
Start
crispbread x semla
seeded crispbread stuffed with homemade labneh, roasted pine nuts, kohlrabi apple relish, fried and fresh herbs picked around Berlin.
swedish cardamom bun stuffed with poppyseed mascarpone and prune jam, covered with almonds and maple/apple syrup.
Second Course
poached egg x young kale
roasted sourdough focaccia with young kale leaves, smoked bell pepper,
slow poached organic egg, japanese style mayonnaise and sweet potato crisp.
Main Course
furikake x pangrita
miso braised eggplant with sticky sushi rice in a rich roasted onion broth flavored with kombu and shiitake topped with furikake made from nori, parmiggiano, sumac and gochu garu
Add on
You feel like having meat? Book your add on and add a portion of braised veal ribs, dark glazed with oyster sauce on top.
Dessert
espresso x passionfruit
creamed dark chocolate with passion fruit sherbet, espresso baiser, blueberries and burned milk.
The menu includes charcoal filtered water, vote coffee specialities,
homemade carrot juice with turmeric, honey and lemon.
It doesn’t include the tipp for our lovely staff!
