Our first Blanc de Franc sparkling will be released on December 17th, and to celebrate the release of our first sparkling "Igen!", we are opening this event up to the public! For this unique release, Prohibition Cellars will be hosting an epic Christmas party where all guests will be greeted with a glass of sparkling at the door as live holiday jazz music fills our festively decked halls played by the talented, award-winning Michael Benson Band. Thoughtfully paired bites will be served throughout the evening prepared by Executive Chef Kirstin Greig of Heirloom catering. This will be one of the few times our sparkling can be tasted, as only bottle purchases will be available after this date. Only 25 cases made. Brush off your suit, don your best dress, let's get festive and celebrate! Limited tickets available.
