The Seasonal Table returns this fall for another intimate evening where the flavors of the season take center stage.
Our seasonal dining series brings together Chef Mauricio Sanchez's cuisine and Prohibition Cellars wines in the barrel room of our working winery. For the Fall Edition, Mauricio has created a four-course menu inspired by the richer, comforting flavors of the season, with each course thoughtfully paired with a wine selected to complement the cuisine.
Throughout the evening, Chef Mauricio will introduce each course and share the inspiration behind the menu, while winemaker Sandor Faludi offers insight into each wine pairing. Together, they'll guide guests through an engaging and relaxed evening that celebrates both food and wine.
