A Shoulder Season Takeover: Chef Patrick O'Halloran at Purslane
Purslane is honored to welcome Chef Patrick O'Halloran of Madison's The Deliciouser — recently named Madison Magazine's 2026 Chef of the Year — for a one-night takeover of our kitchen.
Patrick and Chef Mary Kastman have been collaborating on spices and food for years, building a friendship rooted in shared curiosity about flavor and technique. On Monday, September 14, he brings his globally-inspired cooking and handcrafted spice blends to Milwaukee for a special five-course dinner celebrating the bounty of Wisconsin's shoulder season, paired with the local farm partnerships Purslane is known for.
This is a rare collaboration between two Wisconsin kitchens — and two old friends in spice — so book early, as seats are limited.
