What Grows Together: A Chef’s Dinner with Gregory León & Dana Spandet

Some things are simply better together: tomatoes and basil, bread and fire, friends around a crowded table. For the third dinner in our Chef Series, Purslane is honored to welcome two chefs we admire: Gregory León of Amilinda and Dana Spandet of Flour Girl & Flame.
What goes together, grows together celebrates the pairings we love on the plate, and also the ties of friendship and collaboration that keep small businesses alive. We all do better when we do better: when we cook side by side, share what we know, and show up for one another. This dinner is our way of raising a glass to that spirit and to the community that makes it possible.
Expect five courses from three kitchens, shaped by the season and our local farm partners, with a generous dose of whimsy along the way.
