Take in the vast vineyard views as you enjoy a seven-course small bite menu prepared by Chef Katie Prescott of 805 Coastal Kitchen. Each course is expertly paired with our estate sparkling and still wines.

Two: Arugula Salad

Three: Salmon Crudo
Salmon I olive oil I citrus I radish I tarragon.
Four: Zucchini Carpaccio
Zucchini I olive oil I mozzarella I pine nuts I balsamic.
Five: Spice Rubbed Shrimp and Creamy Polenta
Shrimp I chorizo I polenta I micro greens.
