We welcome you to taste from our portfolio of dry, expressive wines from our estate vineyards. Ravines pioneered a style of bone dry and mineral-tinged Dry Riesling in 2002, the first in the Finger Lakes. We produce our wines from 130 acres of pristine vineyard land, on the sloped limestone and shalestone soils of Seneca and Keuka Lake.
