Exclusive to Wine Club Members
The second Friday of each month the Red Newt Crew will be popping open a few wines from that cellar and/or library that excite us. Wine Club members are invited to join us for complimentary wine and light snacks.
This Friday, May 8th we will be exploring some small wine and food pairings.

2017 Riesling - Glacier Ridge - Skin Fermented & Salamander White paired with pickled vegetables.
2019 Riesling- Glacier Ridge & 2023 Cabernet Franc paired with Dave's Swedish Meatballs, which works best, red or white?
And we will have a little sweet treat at the end.
Please be aware it is NASCAR weekend in Watkins Glen and you may run into a bit of traffic. :-)
The Bistro is open after the tasting for dinner service with seating until 8pm.
