In this hands-on class, you'll craft our signature Redwood Manhattan while exploring the rich history and origins of the classic cocktail. We'll dive into why ingredient choices matter, from selecting the right whiskey to understanding the essential roles that vermouth and bitters play in creating balance and depth of flavor.
Includes all cocktail ingredients, guided instruction, spirit education from our team and a Redwood Empire Whiskey jigger to take home so you can continue perfecting your craft long after class ends.
