On Thursday, August 27, step inside The Vault at Redwood Empire Whiskey Bar for an intimate six-course dining experience hosted by Master Distiller, Jeff Duckhorn, with a seasonal menu from Chef Jeremiah Black and cocktail pairings by Kunjan Joshi.
Inspired by the peak of Northern California's summer harvest, this vegetarian-forward menu showcases vibrant local produce alongside thoughtfully crafted cocktails and neat pours of some of our favorite whiskey offerings. Each course has been designed to complement the whiskey in your glass, culminating in an exclusive tasting of our newest product release.
Guests may choose between the standard tasting menu or an enhanced experience featuring premium protein additions to select courses (see below).
