The Hyperion is Redwood Empire's most ambitious whiskey yet and the inaugural release in our annual exploration of what's possible in American whiskey. Inspired by the world's tallest tree and crafted to move the California whiskey forward, it represents our Master Distiller and Master Blender's pursuit of what's next.
The name is public. The whiskey remains a secret.
Join us at our Mare Island distillery for the official unveiling with live music, Buckhorn BBQ + Grill, custom cocktails, and exclusive first access.

Public Whiskey Bar Hours: 2pm-8pm. GA areas open to the public and all ages. Pets prohibited indoors - service animals only. All guests will be IDd and wristbanded accordingly on entry.
