Introducing our Red Winemakerâs Dinner: a rich and beautifully curated four-course culinary experience celebrating the depth, character, and expressive nature of Reifâs red wines. Set within the dramatic ambiance of our Black Cellar, the evening embraces the darker side of the wine world, pairing deep flavours and thoughtfully crafted dishes with some of our most captivating red wines.
Guided by generations of winemaking tradition, each course has been thoughtfully designed to showcase the versatility and complexity of red wine, from the bright fruit and gentle spice of Cabernet Franc to the layered structure of a classic Meritage and the decadent sweetness of Cabernet Franc Icewine.
Expect smoky flavours, slow-roasted meats, rich sauces, earthy accents, and unexpected touches that bring each wine to life.
