Our October–November omakase may feature Matsutake mushrooms, Buri (Giant yellowtail), Sanma (Pacific saury), and a variety of other seasonal ingredients, depending on availability and market conditions. As always, our menu is guided by the freshest ingredients from Japan and may change daily to showcase the best of the season.
