Our July-August omakase may include Tsubugai (Japanese Whelk), fresh Hokkaido Scallop, and a variety of seasonal vegetables and fruits, depending on availability and market conditions. As always, our menu is guided by the freshest ingredients from Japan and may change daily to showcase the best of the season. We look forward to welcoming you to experience summer at Ren.
