D I E T A R Y R E S T R I C T I O N S Due to the nature of our fixed menu it can be difficult for our team to accommodate particular dietary restrictions. We can certainly meet requests such as pescatarian with advance notice, but there are some specific ingredients we cannot completely exclude: • Gluten Free (Please note that our dishes contains trace amounts of wheat and flour that we can not exclude) • Lactose Intolerant (Non Dairy) • Sugar, salt, vinegar • Alliums (i.e onions scallions chives, shallots, leek, garlic) mushrooms, in the form of stock or sauce • Modified starches (i.e., corn, potato, water chestnut starch) • Peppers (There are small amounts in many of our preparations, but they don’t necessarily result in spiciness.)
