Saturday, December 12 at 6 pm, we are cooking a wine dinner with Holloran Vineyard Wines.
Holloran is a family-owned winery in the Dundee Hills, farming their own vineyards since 1999. Their Pinot Noir and Riesling are already on our list at Beck. For one night, every course is built around what is in the glass.
We cook to the week, so the menu will be released the week of the dinner, once we know what the boats and farms are bringing in.
$115 per person, plus a 20% service charge. Seats are limited.
A $25 per person deposit is required to reserve and is applied toward your dinner. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the dinner. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit.
Please note: we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or substitutions for this dinner.
