Continuing our series of highly sought-after Champagne dinners, Restaurant Botanic is honoured to partner with Ruinart for an exclusive evening celebrating one of Champagne's most distinguished maisons. Founded in 1729, Ruinart is the world's oldest established Champagne house, with nearly three centuries devoted to elegance, innovation and the expressive purity.
For one evening only, guests will experience a bespoke multi-course menu created exclusively for the occasion, each course thoughtfully paired with five exceptional Ruinart cuvées. Together, the menu and wines have been designed to showcase the precision, balance and timeless character that have defined the House for generations.
Hosted by Brett Baker, State Manager – South Australia, Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand, alongside Restaurant Botanic's award-winning Wine Director, Elle Foster, the evening offers an intimate exploration of Ruinart's heritage, philosophy and winemaking. Through each pairing, guests will discover the stories behind the cuvées and the craftsmanship that has established Ruinart as one of Champagne's most revered houses.
The wines featured are;
- Ruinart R de Ruinart - The House signature, expressing the timeless elegance of Ruinart.
- Ruinart Blanc de Blancs - An icon of Chardonnay, celebrated for its luminous freshness and purity.
- Ruinart Rosé - Champagne's benchmark rosé, renowned for its finesse and aromatic complexity.
- 2013 Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs - Ruinart's prestige cuvée, produced only in exceptional vintages.
- 2009 Dom Ruinart Rosé - The rarest expression of the House, showcasing extraordinary depth, power and refinement.
