During our recent staff trip in June, our team traveled across Tuscany (and Emilia-Romagna), visiting producer friends and immersing ourselves in the region's celebrated food and wine culture. The picturesque landscapes of these areas captured our hearts, making us long to return again and again.
We are excited to share this inspiration with you on a special evening dedicated to our journey. Chef Ty Leon and his culinary team will recreate five Tuscan-inspired dishes, infused with Restaurant Olivia's unique flair, perfectly paired with six wines from the producers we met and learned from firsthand, including Tolaini, Baracchi, Castello di Ama, Monte Bernardi, and Acetaia San Giacomo.
