Learn the art of handmade pasta. This is a hands-on class, be ready to roll up your sleeves and roll out the dough.
Our team will walk you through Olivia's tried-and-true noodle recipes, sharing stories of our favorite ingredients and techniques, as well as instructions for cooking the perfect dish. Bring your questions to this beginner-friendly class, and leave with your own batch of fresh pasta.
Price includes a multi course dinner with wine, and a jar of Olivia's house made pomodoro to accompany your handmade tortellini
